Create your first drive

Initialize the free 100 MB drive

1. Open MyDrive in Portal.
2. Find the MyDrive Free row and select Initialize.
3. Choose a username and password.
4. Submit the form and wait while the drive is provisioned.

Create a paid drive

1. Select Create drive next to the Drives heading.
2. Enter a drive name and select a plan.
3. Continue to Credentials and choose the login information.
4. Confirm creation. The required credits are checked before the drive is created.

Credential requirements

• Username: 3-64 letters, numbers, dots, underscores, or dashes.
• Password: at least 8 characters.
• Password: at least one uppercase character, one number, and one symbol.

MyDrive prefixes the username with your numeric Webit user ID so credentials remain unique when the same SFTPGo infrastructure serves many accounts.
