Drive and subscription lifecycle
Provisioning, renewal, suspension, retention, and purge are separate transitions so temporary failures do not immediately destroy data.

When renewal fails
- The renewal attempt cannot debit the required credits.
- The subscription enters its configured grace state.
- Under the current zero-day grace configuration, suspension can be queued immediately.
- The drive remains retained for 30 days while access is disabled.
- After retention, purge removes the remote SFTPGo user and folder and releases storage fragments for reassignment.
